James Kenneth Carter, 83 of Bowling Green died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Hospice House of Bowling Green.

The Warren County Native was an electrician at Holly Performance and hauled milk for the Pet Milk Company. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and American Legion and was a Korean War Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Jonell Carter; three sons: Darrel Carter and wife Katrina, Rick Carter and wife Lisa and Brent Carter and wife Barbara; eight grandchildren: Cassie Faulkner, Cali Carter Wheeler, Jared, Krista, Clay, Logan, Ryan and Braden Carter; four great-grandchildren: Will, Maggie and John Thomas Faulkner and James Dee Carter and one brother: Bobby Gene Carter and wife Louise.

Memorial services for James Kenneth Carter will be at 11AM Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Visitation will be from 5PM to 8PM Friday at the funeral home.
