DRUG ARREST LEADS TO DISCOVERY OF $166,000 WORTH OF MARIJUANA IN HART COUNTY PDF Print

WOODROW CARTEROn Thursday, January 17 at 8:04 P.M., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Bowling Green responded to 105 Church Street in Canmer, KY to 26-year-old Woodrow Carter's residence in reference to a drug tip.  A search of the residence yielded 83 suspected marijuana plants along with various item used to assist in the growing of the plants were located.

Carter was arrested and transported to the Hart County Jail where he was lodged without incident. Carter was charged with Cultivation of Marijuana 5 plants or more, Possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia.

Trooper Graham Rutherford is investigating the incident and was assisted on scene by Trooper Jeremy Smith, Trooper Timmy Jewell, Trooper Justin Rountree, and Sergeant Derek Grant.
