Mattie Coffee, 76, of Scottsville, KY died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, February 3, 2013 at her residence.  The Jackson County, TN native was a homemaker and a daughter of the late Robert Lee Stafford and Elizabeth Vanhauser Stafford.

She is survived by 4 sons: Stanley Coffee, Holland, KY; Ronnie Coffee and Johnny Coffee and wife, Janet, all of Lafayette, TN; Ricky Coffee and wife, Darlene, Scottsville, KY;

4 daughters: Rose Coffee, Scottsville, KY; Julie Sherrard and husband, Melvin, Elizabethtown, KY; Tammy Coffee, Holland, KY and Robbie Morris, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother: James Stafford, Hartsville, TN;

18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews;

She was preceded in death by 5 brothers: Mitchell Stafford, Ralph Stafford, Junior Stafford, Rajoe Stafford and Ross Stafford and 5 sisters: Rose Trisdale, Jewell Hunter, Erma Sue Meadows, Willie Mae German and Mary Lee Young.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. Randy Sloan officiating and burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home.
