Nell Bewley Perkins, 96, of Scottsville died at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Medical Center at Scottsville. The Austin Tracy, KY native was a homemaker and member of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church for over 60 years where she served at Sunday School teacher. She was a daughter of the late William Thomas Bewley and Mary Elizabeth Duncan Bewley and wife of the late Buford "Slim" Perkins.

She is survived by 1 son:  Bobby Perkins and wife, Uvon, Scottsville, KY; 5 grandchildren:  Kim Carter; Lori Perkins and fiance', Ernest Simmons;  Stacy Perkins and Adonica Spears and husband, Wendell, all of Scottsville; Jon Perkins and wife, Wendy, Bowling Green, KY; 6 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 1 son:  Leroy Douglas Perkins.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. John Whitney officiating and burial in Bethlehem Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Friday at Goad Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Bethlehem Cemetery. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
