She is survived by 4 sons: Jerry Martin Taylor, Jr. and wife, Karen; Frank E. Taylor and Verlin L. Taylor and wife, Tana, all of Scottsville, K; Andrew Fon Taylor, Portland, TN; 1 daughter: Pamela Mae Taylor, Bowling Green, KY; 3 brothers: Hobert McCoy and wife, Libby; Kennis McCoy and wife, Linda and Fon McCoy, Jr. and wife, Sandra, all of Pike County, KY; 3 sisters-in-law: Della White, Scottsvlle, KY; Flora Mae McCoy, Beattyville, KY; Betty McCoy, Pike County, KY; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 great grandson: Raymond Lewis; 2 brothers: Verlin McCoy and Sherman McCoy; 2 sisters: Leona Sloan and Flora Evans. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Shrum officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home.

Pearlene McCoy Taylor, 68, of Scottsville died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Pikeville, KY native was a homemaker, former substitute teacher in Pike County, former employee of Campbell Soup and attended Power House Pentecostal Church and Beech Grove General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Fon McCoy, Sr. and Cora Mae Sullivan McCoy and wife of the late Jerry Martin Taylor, Sr.
