On Friday, February 22, 2013, Master Trooper Jonathan
Holbrook served a Barren County Indictment Warrant on David B. Lay (39) of Glasgow,
KY.  Mr. Lay was currently being lodged in the Hart County Jail on an unrelated
charge.

Mr. Lay's was indicted by the Barren County Grand Jury for one charge of Possession
of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Meth) and Persistent Felony
Offender.

The charges were the result of an investigation that was conducted by Master Trooper
Holbrook on the evening of April 28, 2012.

Mr. Lay is still being held in the Hart County Jail.
