Vernon Money age 95 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, March 01, 2013 at Cumberland County Hospital. Vernon was born on April 01, 1917 in Green County, Kentucky to the late James Robert and Luitta Miller Money. He was a member of Burkesville Baptist Church and attended Burkesville First Christian Church. Vernon was an Army Veteran of World War II, was a former owner of Chevron Service Station for 23 years in Burkesville, and was a former partner in Burkesville Motors Garage for 12 years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Laura White Buchanan Money, and his siblings, Elizabeth Coakley, Morris Money, and Altha Lee Sullivan

His Daughter- Linda Lea Sharp and husband Dave of Burkesville, KY
One Granddaughter- Karen Sharp Adams of Apopka, Florida
One Great Granddaughter- Mary Laura Hood
Special Friend- Nellie Wells of Burkesville, KY
and a host of of nieces, nephews, and friends
