Fred Douglas 67 of Park City died February 22, 2013 at his residence.  He was a splicer and line worker for Verizon and was an Army Veteran. The Phoenix, Arizona native was born to the late Frederick Tickenoff and the late Helen Stenwall.

He is survived by two sons, Mike and Tim Douglas; one step-son, Cory Warne all of Portland, Oregon and a step-daughter Kelly L. Lutz of Central Point, Oregon.

A Memorial service for Fred Douglas will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Patton Funeral Home, Park City Chapel.
