Glasgow officials are completing an investigation over a motorist being under the influence. Kelly Doyle, 31 of Austin, Kentucky, was operating a Chevy van when Glasgow Police made contact with him. According to GPD, Doyle and his passenger Lonya South, 38 of Glasgow, appeared to be under the influence. Police searched his vehicle and located a suboxene slip in the driver side car door. Officers conducted a field sobriety test on Doyle in which he failed.

Kelly Doyle was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree- unspecified.

Lonya South a passenger in the vehicle was charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree- drug unspecified.
