Trooper Morris Farris is investigating a collision that occurred on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 9:45 PM EDT, 3 miles east of Fredericktown on Croake Station Road.  28-year-old Adam Clements of Springfield was traveling west on Croake Station Road, operating a 1998 Ford Taurus when he lost control of his vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.  Clements was not belted and was flown from the scene to University of Louisville Hospital. Washington County EMS and Fire Department assisted.
