KSP TROOPERS ARREST THREE FOR DRUG RELATED CHARGES IN BONNIEVILLE PDF Print E-mail

On Thursday, March 14, 2013, Kentucky State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 31-W in Bonnieville, in Hart County.  Through investigations by Trooper Daniel White and Jeremy Smith, Keith G. Riggs (35) of Bonnieville was arrested for DUI.  Troopers located several items of methamphetamine, meth precursors, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $1,666.00 cash in the truck.

Two passengers, Leslie Riggs (25) of Bonnieville and Timmy Oldham (33) of Bonnieville were also arrested.

All three were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of meth precursors, possession of a controlled substance, 1st deg., trafficking in a controlled substance-meth, 1st deg., possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.   In addition, they were all charged with being persistent felony offenders.

Keith Riggs was also charged with tampering with physical evidence, DUI, Reckless Driving, and failure to wear his seat belts.  All three were taken to the Hart County Jail.
