Two Walk Away From Hard Landing At Glasgow Municipal Airport

Glasgow Police were dispatched at 11:26 this morning, Friday, March 29, 2013 to the Glasgow Municipal Airport in reference to a "hard landing" by a small privately owned plane.

Preliminary information gathered suggests an electrical failure which caused the plane to veer off the right side of the landing strip. Two men on board were uninjured in the incident. The two were en-route from New York to Nashville.

Glasgow Police Chief Turcotte's investigation has been completed and all information turned over to the FAA who will investigate further at the scene.
