The metal tray had a metal toothpick holder that contained four marijuana cigarettes and a roach. A package of JOB rolling papers and a bong was also found. Phillips also had two Lortab 10’s in a plastic baggie that was found in a dresser drawer with Phillips money. Philips was cited and evidence was seized.
