BARREN BOARD DECLARES PROPERTY NEAR RED CROSS SURPLUS; WILL SEEK TO SELL IT PDF Print

As a part of last night’s Barren County School board meeting, the board went into closed session and emerged to take action on declaring some property as surplus.  The board owns 10.951 acres of land near Red Cross Elementary School that adjoins property on Lovers Lane, a newly developed subdivision. The board will seek permission from the state to declare the property as surplus and list it for sale.
