Ronnie Houchin age 74 of Cedar Springs died Monday at his residence.  He was the hotel manager for National Park Concessions, a US Army Veteran; a member of the McClure Masonic Lodge #539 F&AM and a member of the Cedar Springs United Baptist Church.

The Edmonson County native was the son of the late Hamilton Houchin and the late Una Tarter Houchin.

He is survived by his wife Carol Houchin; one son, Randy Houchin and fiance Donna Tapscott of Cedar Springs; one sister Yvonne Houchin Campbell of Cedar Springs; one brother Roger Houchin and wife Connie of California; two grandsons, Jean-Luc Houchin and Andrew K. Houchin both of Bowling Green.

Funeral services for Ronnie Houchin will be held at 11am Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Patton Funeral Home, Brownsville Chapel with interment in the Lambert Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
