Area schools competed at Barren County High School for the Terry Reed Track classic.

In the boys meet, Grayson County was able to hold off the Barren County. The Trojans

Led by Dunbar was able to earn multiple top finishes. Dunbar finished first in the

mile run. Grayson County won five events over the course of the meet. Notable

finishes include Gary Settles of Glasgow High winning the 100 and 200 meter dash. In

team scores, Grayson County won the meet with Barren County second. Hart County

finished third place with Glasgow High in fourth.

In the girls meet, Barren County’s Tasia Fortune was able to help the Trojanettes to

victory. Fortune had a top finish in the 100 meter hurdles as well placements in

Triple Jump as well as the 100 meter dash. Ally Davis was able to help the

Trojanettes with a first place finish in the 400 meter dash.  Other notable

placement includes Monroe County’s Hannah Harrison winning the Triple Jump. In

Girl’s team scores, Barren County won the meet with Grayson County following in

second. Monroe County finished the meet in third.
