Nancy Jean Sweatt Booker, 79 of Smiths Grove died Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Logan County native was a retired teacher and a member of Three Forks Church of God.

She is survived by one daughter: Nancy Leigh Booker; one son: Albert Gene Booker; two grandchildren: Lauren Bryant and Kristen Stacy and four great-grandchildren: Collin, Logan and Jordan Stacy and McKenzie Bryant.

Graveside services for Nancy Jean Sweatt Booker will be at 11AM Saturday at Smiths Grove Cemetery.
