Noise Complaint Leads To Arrest On Park Avenue In Glasgow Thursday Afternoon. Glasgow Police Department Reponded To A Noise Complaint Of Loud Music At A Residence On Park Avenue. Officer Shields Knocked On The Residence Door And The Resident Stepped On To The Front Porch. While Speaking With The Resident 21 Year Old, Brad Mclaughin, He Begame Very Agitated And Began Cursing About His Neighbor Calling About The Loud Music. Officer Shield’s Asked For Maclaughin’s Id, He Went Back Into The Residence To Look And Said He Could Not Find It. When Asked If Officer Could Step In The House Mclaughin Refused And Continued To Be Agitated, Officer Asked Him To Calm Down. While Speaking With Mclaughin His Mother Showed Up, Mclaughin Stated He Was Going Inside. When Officer Shields Told Him To Hang On He Was Already In The Door. Officer Elmore Assisted At The Scene And Grabbed Mclaughin By The Shirt He Began To Pull Away Using The Door Frame. While Apprehending Mclaughin He Resisted And Was Pushed To The Ground By Officers. Officer Elmore Stated He Was Going To Jail And The Above Continued To Resist When Being Handcuffed. Mclaughin Was Charged With Resisting Arrest And Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree. He Was Lodged In The Barren County Jail.
