STATE POLICE APPREHEND FUGITIVE IN HART COUNTY PDF Print

On Monday  Kentucky State Police Troopers received information that a fugitive was staying at a residence on

McCubbins Lane in Munfordville, KY.  At approximately 7:00 P.M., Trooper Greg Dukes

and Trooper Justin Rountree responded to the residence.

 

Upon arrival troopers located Michael E. Hall (58) inside the residence.  It was

discovered that Mr. Hall had a NCIC warrant out of Illinois for failure to appear in a jury trial

for violating the sex offender registry.  It was further discovered that Mr. Hall

had Kentucky bench warrants for Criminal Trespassing 1st degree, Harboring

non-compliant sex offender registrant 1st offense , persistent felony offender II,

Criminal Mischief 1st degree, and TBUT or DISP farm equipment.
