KSP SERVED HART COUNTY INDICTMENT WARRANTS PDF Print

On Tuesday, May 7, 2013 and Wednesday, May 8, 2013, the Kentucky State Police served several Hart County Indictment warrant.  Hart County grand Jury met on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, and KSP troopers presented several cases resulting in several indictment warrants being issued.  Trooper Daniel White served the following indictment warrants:

Keith Riggs (35)of Bonnieville: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Complicity to Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Complicity to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Complicity to Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Complicity to Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Complicity to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Complicity to Possession of Marijuana, DUI-1st offense, Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seatbelts, and being a Persistent Felony Offender II.

Leslie Riggs (26) of Bonnieville:  Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Complicity to Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Complicity to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Complicity to Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Complicity to Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Complicity to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Complicity to Possession of Marijuana, and being a Persistent Felony Offender II.

Timothy Oldham (34)of Bonnieville:  Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Complicity to Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Complicity to Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense(<2 grams of meth), Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Complicity to Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor, 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Complicity to Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Complicity to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Complicity to Possession of Marijuana, and being a Persistent Felony Offender I.

Darnell Shipp (51) of Bonnieville:  Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense, (drug unspecified), Tampering with Physical Evidence, Fleeing or Evading Police, 2nd degree (on foot), and being a Persistent Felony Offender I.

Brian Mills (28) of Munfordville:  Tampering with Physical Evidence, Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, and Enhanced Possession of Marijuana.

Adam Cook (39) of Bonnieville:  Cultivation in marijuana (5 plants or more),1st offense, Enhanced Cultivation in marijuana (5 plants or more),1st offense, Trafficking in Marijuana (8 oz to < 5 lbs), 1st offense, Enhanced Trafficking in Marijuana (8 oz to < 5 lbs), 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Enhanced Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Enhanced Possession of Marijuana.

The above listed were all results from Trooper White’s investigations.  In addition,   Daniel Hostetler (19) of Summer Shade was arrested on a Hart County Indictment warrant for Manslaughter, 1st degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence.  This was from a Hart County Sheriff’s Office case.

Trooper Randy Chambers executed a Hart County Indictment warrant on  Chris Cover (22) of Bonnieville for Theft Of Identity of Another Without Consent and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card u/$500.  This was in reference to Trooper Chambers’ case and investigation.

Trooper Wesley Medley served a Hart County Indictment warrant on Eric Lillard (22) of Cub Run for 4 counts of Theft of Mail Matter and Possession of Stolen Mail Matter.  This was in reference to Trooper Medley’s case and investigation.
