The Metcalfe County Grand Jury handed down 8 indictments from their may 7th meeting. Of those being:


37-year-old Troy W. Mangrum of Hermitage, TN for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Cocaine (Class D Felony), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Speeding 26 MPH or more over the limit, and Failure to wear seatbelt.


29-year-old Justin B. Link of Woodburn, KY for Tampering with physical Evidence- Class D Felony.


31-year-old Todd Bradley Shive of Edmonton, KY for Welfare Fraud over $100 – Class D Felony.


33-year-old Larry Wade Ennis of Summer Shade, KY for 2 counts of Welfare Fraud over $100 – Class D Felony.


61-year-old Alvin Matney of Center, KY for 2 counts of Trafficking in Marijuana, 5 or more pounds – Class C Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor.


21-year-old Josh Samuel Sexton of Edmonton, KY for Unlawful Imprisonment 1st degree – Class D Felony, Assault, 4th Degree – Domestic Violence – Class A Misdemeanor, and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree.




Both 41-year-old Tammy Marie Dubree of Edmonton and 32-year-old Michael Wayne Dubree of Edmonton for Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense – Class B Felony, Posession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine – Class D Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor.


An indictment is an accusation only. All subjects are innocent until or unless proven guilty.
