ONE INJURED IN HART COUNTY WRECK MONDAY PDF Print

On Monday, May 20, 2013 at approximately 4:15 pm, Post 3 dispatch received a complaint of an injury accident on Interstate 65 North of Horse Cave.  Trooper Timmy Jewell responded with the Horse Cave Fire Department, Munfordville Fire Department, Hart County EMS and Trooper Greg Dukes.  Billy Gardner (57) of Fountain Run was operating Gold 2006 Chrysler Town and Country van southbound near the 64 mile marker.  He advised that he struck an object in the road, causing his front driver side tire to fail.  The van then struck a guard rail off the right shoulder.  A passenger, Lisa Gardner (51) of Fountain Run was taken to Caverna Hospital with a chest and arm injury
