TOMPKINSVILLE MAN ARRESTED ON 5 COUNTS INVOLVING AN ASSAULT PDF Print

The Cave City Police Department arrested a man this weekend for 5 counts involving an assault in the parking lot of Pier 19.

At 11:50 Saturday morning, police responded to a complaint of a fight in progress at the pier. After investigating the complaint, officers found that William J Lee of Tompkinsville had assaulted Eric Ballard of Cave City. Officers also found that Lee damaged Ballard’s vehicle and endangered the occupants of Ballard’s vehicle.

 

Lee, age 22, was arrested for one count of assault, 2nd degree, one count of criminal mischief 3rd degree and three counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree. Lee was released from the Barren County Detention Center on bond last Sunday.
