Last Saturday was the first annual Barren County Ag Festival, a celebration of the booming farm and livestock industries in the area. The Festival was held at Barren County High School and included a wealth of food, games and educational booths.

Right now seems like a great time for sustainability in our region. Mayor Rhonda Trautman, announced yesterday that the City of Glasgow will be awarded over $100 thousand in state grants to put towards the city’s recycling program.

 

Today is Mary Fant Lynn Day!!  She celebrated her 80th Birthday Yesterday!!
