Anna Frances Cochran White, 89 of Bowling Green passed away Friday, June 28, 2013 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky, with her family by her side. Anna was the daughter of the late Leo H. and Bessie Biggerstaff Cochran, Anna was born in Warren County on the family farm in the home of her grandparents that was built in 1875 and is still owned by family members today. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Earl White, a son, Alan Lee White and a sister Leona Snyder. She was a member of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Bowling Green KY, where she was active in the Women's Ministries. She was also a pianist and organist at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Smiths Grove KY. She was a charter member of the Oakland Eastern Star OES # 571. She was a homemaker and an Elementary School Teacher. She attended Western KY State Teachers College .

Survivors include two daughters: Linda White of Smiths Grove and Sara Harp (Dallas) of Bowling Green; a grandson whom she cherished, Nicholas Harp; two step grandchildren: Angie Harp and Chris Harp (Maria); three step great grandchildren: Ariel, Hannah, and Kaitlyn; one step great great grandchild: Briley; two cousins: Velta Rose Smith and Doris Waddell; and a special friend, Joyce "Tommy" Edwards.

Funeral service for Anna Frances Smith will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial in Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be to Hospice House of Southern KY, First
