Glasgow Police Officer Sergeant Michael D. Burton was among the 53rd graduating class of the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training’s Academy of Police Supervision.  This three week, 120 hour course is designed to give officers the specific skills they need when they are offered a promotion to the position of sergeant.  Glasgow Police Chief Guy J. Turcotte explains why this training is so important for the Glasgow Police Department.
