One Person Was Arrested Early Saturday Morning Around 2:53 After A Traffic Stop On Old Barren River Road And Veterans Memorial In Warren County. The Driver 34 Year Old, Kimberly Bell Of Bowling Green Was Placed Under Arrest For Driving Under The Influence Second Offense Within Five Years. She Was Lodged In The Warren County Jail. While At The Jail, It Was Discovered By Authorities That Bell Had Concealed A Crack Pipe And A Small Amount Of Crack-Cocaine On Her. Through Further Investigation, It Was Determined That Bell Had Left Her Two Children Alone And Unsupervised. The Children Were 10 Years Old And One Special Needs Child Who Was 16 Years Old. Social Services Were Contacted And The Children Were Removed From The Home And Placed With Other Family Members. Bell Was Charged With Careless Driving, Operating A Motor Vehicle Under The Influence Second Aggravated, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Of Controlled Substance First Degree, First Offense, Promoting Contraband First Degree, Criminal Abuse First Degree, Two Counts. The Investigation Is Ongoing By The Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
