WCLU has received an update on our morning story:  The Bowling Green Police Department received a call Sunday evening involving a body located in a wooded area near the intersection of Russellville Road and Morgantown Road.  Juveniles playing in the area notified an adult they had discovered a body in a ravine.  The adult caller confirmed they had seen the body as well.  Bowling Green Police Department detectives and Advance Crime Scene Processors responded and determined they would not attempt to remove the body until the morning of September 23 due to inaccessibility.  When Advance Crime Scene Processors arrived they notified the Warren County Coroner's Office and the Bowling Green Fire Department for assistance.  During the removal process two characteristics were noticed allowing police to identify the body.

The man has been identified as Darrell Gregory, 31, of Bowling Green.  Mr. Gregory was reported missing on 9/7/13 by his mother.  He was last seen on 9/1/13 in the area of Western Hills Motel, 312 Morgantown Road.  Mr. Gregory's body has been transported to Louisville for an autopsy.  The Bowling Green Police Department has not been able to determine if Mr. Gregory is a victim of foul play or if he died of natural causes.
