SPD AND DRUG TASK FORCE MAKE ARREST PDF Print

The Barren Edmonson Allen Drug Task Force assisted the Scottsville Police Department with a traffic stop on Wednesday afternoon.  Assistant Chief Darren Tabor initiated the traffic stop on a 1994 Ford pickup being driven by Brad Holland of Scottsville.  Upon searching the vehicle, a meth lab was discovered within the cab of the truck.  Further search of the vehicle revealed multiple components used to manufacture methamphetamine including Ice Cream Salt, Coleman Fuel, Sodium Hydroxide and Lithium metal.  A small amount of suspected methamphetamine and marijuana was discovered along with various drug paraphernalia including syringes.

 

Brad David Holland, age 35, was arrested and lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.  Holland is charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Trafficking in Marijuana Less than 8 ounces, Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess, Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
