Mr. Albert Dillard Hardin, age 72, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born in the Bear Creek Community of Cumberland County, Kentucky on Sunday, October 27, 1940 the son of Menzo and Lena Bullock Hardin. He was a member of the Grace Union Baptist Church, and was a farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Kaye Baise Hardin, his brother James Hardin, his sister, Bulah Vincent, his infant brother, his infant sister, Eva Mae Hardin, and his infant daughter Felicia Fayne Hardin. He is survived by his children, Randy (and Alli) Hardin of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Michelle (and Jeff) Burns of Burkesville, Kentucky, his siblings, Ova Thacker, Vicie Mers, and Finis (and Helen) Hardin all of Burkesville, Kentucky, his grandchildren Brandi Abston, and Adam Abston, ten nephews, and nine nieces. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2013 in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Perkins Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013 until the funeral hour on Sunday.
