EDMONSON COUNTY MAN INDICTED ON OVER 60 COUNTS PDF Print

On Monday, November 4, 2013, the Edmonson County Grand Jury indicted 40 year old Terry Higgs of Brownsville, based on information found during a three week investigation led by Kentucky State Police Post 3 Detective Chad Winn.

On Monday, November 18, 2013 Terry Higgs was served the indictment warrant at the Hart County Jail and was charged with the following charges:

10 counts of each of the following:  UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH A MINOR 1st DEGREE – POSSESS/VIEW MATTER PORTRAYING SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A MINOR, SODOMY 1ST DEGREE, SEXUAL ABUSE 1ST DEGREE, INCEST and USE OF A MINOR IN A SEX PERFORMANCE.  Additionally Higgs was indicted on counts of DISTRIBUTION OF MATTER PORTRAYING SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A MINOR and HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Detective Chad Winn.
