From Kentucky State Police Post in Bowling Green

 

On Friday, November 29, 2013, at 8:17 P.M., Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper David Hall, responded to a two vehicle fatal collision on Plum Springs Road in Warren County, Kentucky.

According to Trooper Hall, Cory Kelly (25) of Bowling Green, KY was traveling on Plum Springs Road when he crossed the center line and struck a vehicle head on operated by Jenny Duvall (27) of Brownsville, KY.

Mr. Kelly was pronounced dead on the scene by Warren County Coroner Chris Kirby.  Ms. Duvall and her passenger Glenia Cline (51) of Bowling Green were transported to the Medical Center in Bowling Green with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.

Mr. Kelly was not wearing his seat belt and alcohol is believed to be a factor.  Ms Duvall and her passenger were both wearing their seatbelts.

 

The investigation is still ongoing and is being led by Trooper David Hall.  Trooper Hall was assisted on scene by Sergeant Jaman Childers, Trooper Graham Rutherford, and Warren County Coroner Chris Kirby.
