HARLAN, Ky. (AP) - Crews searching for an eastern Kentucky man who disappeared earlier this week are concerned about the cold weather hampering their efforts. Knott County Rough Terrain Rescue Chief Bill Reed says the weather could impact the use of dogs in the search for 35-year-old Christopher Buell of Middlesboro.
