GLASGOW MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING ACCIDENT ON NEW BOWLING GREEN ROAD PDF Print

The Barren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a wreck with injury at approximately 1:13am Saturday Morning that sent a Glasgow woman to the hospital and a Glasgow man to Jail. Timothy R. Kirby, 25 of Glasgow was traveling westbound on the New Bowling Green Road when he lost control of the 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier he was operating striking an earth embankment.

A passenger in the vehicle, Ashley D. West 22 also of Glasgow, was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. Kirby was arrested for Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, and also for Violation of a Kentucky DVO. He was lodged in the Barren County Corrections Center. Deputy Dean Crumbaugh is investigating the accident.
