On Wednesday, GPD Officers were called to Lowe’s in reference to a complaint of a possible intoxicated subject.  When Officers arrived they identified the vehicle and the subject was driving.  A traffic stop was made for failure to wear a seatbelt.  Dispatch notified Officers that license on vehicle had been revoked for failure to maintain insurance.  44 year old Scott M. Neurohr of Roseville Road in Glasgow, was asked if he had any alcohol or drugs in the vehicle and the subject said no.  Officers saw a marijuana ‘roach’ floating in a can of Coke and Neurohr admitted to attempting to conceal the marijuana and to smoking marijuana at Lowe’s.  He was arrested and has been charged with FAILURE TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE, FAILURE TO WEAR SEATBELT, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.  Neurohr was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
