GLASGOW POLICE MAKE TWO SEPARATE ARRESTS PDF Print

On Sunday, Glasgow Police Officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at the Food Lion Store in Glasgow, who was thought to be under the influence of drugs.  Upon arrival, Officers made contact with 26 year old Daniel L. Poynter of Hollow Road in Glasgow.  While speaking with Poynter, Officers noticed his demeanor was very suspicious and noticed a bottle of liquid fire had spilled out into his front floorboard.  Upon search of the vehicle Officers found several illegal items along with a stolen bottle of peroxide from Food Lion.

Poynter was arrested and has been charged with OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS 2ND DEGREE, MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE 1ST DEGREE, UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A METH PRECURSOR, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING UNDER $500.

 

 

 

On Sunday GPD Officers arrested 30 year old Kayla Diane Coleman of Quail Ridge Way in Glasgow.  Coleman admitted to entering a residence in Glasgow and taking multiple items.  She has been charged with BURGLARY 2ND DEGREE.
