Narvel “Nob” Rigdon, 81, of  Sweeden, KY departed this life on Monday, January 20, 2014 in Bowling Green, KY.  The Edmonson County native was born on  October 1, 1932 to the late  Emmett and  Lillie Hester Rigdon  and was the husband of the late Lorine Rigdon.  He was a mechanic for Phillip Morris , a farmer and a member of Bee Spring Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by four daughters, Gail Lesch (Dan) of Bee Spring, Cathy Rigdon of Louisville, Laura Rigdon of Lindseyville and Becky Saltsman (Mitch) of Bee Spring; four grandchildren, Jeff Flener of Sweeden, Callie Lesch of Bee Spring, Nathan Rigdon of Lindseyville and Cash Saltsman of Bee Spring; four brothers, Ted Rigdon (Betty) of Shepherdsville, Overt Rigdon of Central City, Arvel Rigdon (Ann) of Louisville and Melvin Rigdon (Corene) of Mammoth Cave; three sisters, Eithel Brooks and Wilda Hodge both of Shepherdsville and Surrilda Hodge (Roy) of Mammoth  Cave.

Burial will be in the Bee Spring Church  Cemetery with Bro. Malcolm Doyle and Bro. Bobby Joe Meredith officiating.
