After observing the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, the first legislative holiday of the season, lawmakers are bank in Frankfort with about a quarter of the session completed.  The head of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce says the business community is watching the General Assembly with a set of priorities in mind.  More on the story from Richard Farmer:
