FOUR INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED DUE TO WARRANTS PDF Print

Thursday was a busy day for the Cave City Police Department, as four individuals were arrested due to outstanding warrants.

23 year old Tmothy M. Jewell of Albany was arrested on four outstanding warrants:  Barren County warrant for FAILURE TO APPEAR ON A VIOLATION OF AN EPO/DVO; Hart County Warrant for FAILURE TO PAY ON ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE, TERRORISTIC THREATENING 3RD DEGREE and CRIMINAL LITTERING; two Adair County warrants for FAILURE TO PAY ON ALCOHOL INTOXICATION and WANTON ENDANGERMENT 2ND DEGREE

A Henderson County warrant for PROBATION VIOLATION of original charges of UNLAWFUL TRANSACTION WITH A MINOR 2ND DEGREE, led to the arrest of 34 year old Cliff l. Anderson of Cave City.

Both arrests were made by Officer Terril Riley and was assisted by Chief Jeff Wright.

Officer Riley also arrested 39 year old Rachel D. Fox, of Cave City, was arrested on a Christian County warrant for FAILURE TO APPEAR ON ORIGINAL TRAFFIC CHARGE.

 

Assisted by Officer Alan Shirley, Officer Riley arrested 49 year old James G. Huff of Cave City on a Barren County indictment warrant for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
