Two men are in jail and woman released just yesterday on meth-related charges.

Last Thursday, Glasgow Police responded to a complaint of suspected drug activity at 306 East Front Street.  After receiving consent from 36 year old Carrie A. Ogborn, of Glasgow, to search the home, officers immediately located a 2 Liter bottle that was believed to be a “shake and bake” meth production.  Later, several syringes, spoons, coffee filters, and other items to manufacture and smoke methamphetamine were found.  49 Year Old Joseph A. Anderson admitted to being in possession of the items. He, along with 40 Year Old James Brandon Forest of Glasgow and Ogborn were arrested and charged with MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE 1ST OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS 1ST OFFENSE, and Unlawful Possesion of a Meth Precursor 1st Offense.


They were lodged in the Barren County Detention Center and held on a $25,000 bond bail credit at 10%.  Ogborn has been released at this time while Anderson and Forrest remain in jail.
