GLASGOW POLICE DEPARTMENT MAKE SEVERAL ARRESTS PDF Print

The Glasgow Police Department made several arrests on Friday and Saturday.  Friday afternoon the Glasgow Police responded to a call from Social Services to a residence in Glasgow.  Officers were advised there was possibility of illegal drugs at the residence.  Upon arrival, Officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana and began their search.

Inside the residence, Officers found several bags of marijuana, pipes, grinders, other paraphernalia and a bag of suspected methamphetamine.  Two children ages 5 and 3 were also inside the residence.

29 year old Sara Dawn McDaniel and 46 year old Jeffrey L. Guffey were both arrested and have been charged with:  POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BUY/POSSESS, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA and two counts of WANTON ENDANGERMENT.  Both were taken to the Barren County Detention Center.
