DRUG COMPLAINT IN HART COUNTY LEADS TO TWO ARREST PDF Print

Two men were arrested as a result of a drug complaint received by the Hart county Sheriff’s Department.  On Friday Hart County Deputys Jeff Wilson and Joey Cox responded to Rex Road in Hardyville, in reference to a drug complaint.

25 year old Gregory Vincent of Hardyville and 26 year old Robert Lincoln Myers III of Cave City were both arrested at the scene and have each been charged with:  TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA UNDER 8OZ 1ST OFFENSE, FIREARM ENHANCED and TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

Three bench warrants were also executed on Myers for nine counts of THEFT BY DECEPTION UNDER $500.

Both were taken and lodged in the Hart County Jail;  Vincent in lieu of a $9,500 unsecured bond and Myers in lieu of an $11,000 cash bond.
