Tpr. David Long is investigating a collision that occurred on Wednesday, April 23 at approximately 6:40 PM CST on Guinn Bullard Ash Road, 8 miles south of Albany.  13-year-old Hannah Myers, of Albany, was operating a Yamaha ATV when she attempted to cross Guinn Bullard Ash Rd from a field.  She pulled into the path of a southbound 1999 Ford Ranger operated by 57-year-old Roger Duvall, of Albany.

Myers and a passenger, 12-year-old Abby Tallent, of Albany were not wearing helmets were transported to Clinton County Hospital.  Hannah Myers was then flown to University of Tennessee Hospital where she is in guarded but stable condition.  Tallent was flown to University of Kentucky Hospital where she remains in stable condition.

Tpr. Long was assisted at the scene by the Clinton County EMS.
