1)- Bernis Wayne Rupe, Jr 32, of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF ANHYDROUS AMMONIA IN UNAPPROVED CONTAINER WITH THE INTENT TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST DEGREE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE, WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE, (CLONAZEPAM), WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, UNDER $500; FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (MOTOR VEHICLE), 1ST DEGREE;  WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE, POLICE OFFICER; RECKLESS DRIVING; OPERATING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED OPERATOR’S LICENSE; and PROMOTING CONTRABAND, 1ST DEGREE and  

2)-  Melissa L. Compton, 29 of Cave City, was indicted for POSSESSION OF ANHYDROUS AMMONIA IN UNAPPROVED CONTAINER WITH THE INTENT TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST DEGREE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE, WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE, (CLONAZEPAM), WEAPON ENHANCEMENT; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, WEAPON ENHANCEMENT based on testimony from Deputy Chris Wyatt of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office and a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on November 9, 2010.  Commonwealth’s Attorney Davis explained that any time a person is in possession of a firearm while also being in possession of a controlled substance that the penalty is then enhanced or becomes greater.


3)- Nancy Trent Rector, 44 of Smiths Grove, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE; POSSESSION OF ANHYDROUS AMMONIA IN UNAPPROVED CONTAINER WITH THE INTENT TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST DEGREE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR, 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA LESS THAN FIVE (5) PLANTS; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (LORCET); and CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on September 29, 2010.

4)- Kenneth Arthur Smith, 43 of Glasgow, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ENDANGERMENT TO A CHILD, 4TH DEGREE; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE and  

5)-   Terry Wayne Lee, 43 of Glasgow, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE; and 

6)- Selena Kristie Smith, 34 of Glasgow, was indicted for COMPLICITY TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from Deputy Adam Bow of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on November 4, 2010.  Kenneth Smith has prior felony convictions and Lee has a prior felony conviction.


7)- Mark Lee Douglas, 40 of Russell Springs, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE), 2ND OFFENSE; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from Det. Sgt. Eddie Lindsey of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on August 27, 2010.


8)-   Tony Ray Keen,  30 of Glasgow, was indicted for MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE based on testimony from Officer Sidney Bailey of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on October 14, 2010.


9)-   Michael Shane Smith, 20, of Glasgow, was indicted for ASSAULT, 1ST DEGREE; and TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE, 2 COUNTS based on testimony from Deputy Adam Bow of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on December 8/9, 2010.


10)-   Bradley Shea Byrd, 29 of Cave City, was indicted for RAPE, 2ND DEGREE; SEXUAL ABUSE, 1ST DEGREE; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE based on testimony from Det. Jonathon Biven of the Kentucky State Police regarding events between September 2009 and October 2009.  Byrd has prior felony convictions.


11)- Dustin Coy Berryman, 27 of Summer Shade, was indicted for BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE, 8 COUNTS; CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE; CRIMINAL ATTEMPT BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE, 2 COUNTS; CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 3RD DEGREE, 8 COUNTS; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, UNDER $500; THEFT OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE UNDER $300; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE based on testimony from Det. Rusty Anderson of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events during July and August 2010.  Berryman has prior felony convictions.


12)-   William P. Neurohr, 38 of Glasgow, was indicted for BURGLARY, 2ND DEGREE; BURGLARY, 3RD DEGREE; LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT/FAILURE TO RENDER AID; OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL WHICH IMPAIRS ONE’S DRIVING ABILITY, 1ST OFFENSE; OPERATING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED OPERATOR’S LICENSE; THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING, UNDER $500; CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 3RD DEGREE, 3 COUNTS; POSSESSION OF OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Deputy Aaron Bennett of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on December 4/5, 2010.  Neurohr has a prior felony conviction.


13)-  Brian A. Martin, 47 of Rickman, Tennessee, was indicted for THEFT BY DECEPTION, $10,000 OR MORE based on testimony from Det. Tim Adams of the Kentucky State Police regarding events on November 18, 2010.


14)-  Christopher Dale Jessie, 29 of Bowling Green, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A HANDGUN BY A CONVICTED FELON; CARRYING A CONCEALED DEADLY WEAPON; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on October 20, 2010.


15)-   Randolph Lawrence Putterbaugh, 41 of Glasgow, was indicted for ARSON, 3RD DEGREE; CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE, 2 COUNTS; TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE; and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 3RD DEGREE based on testimony from Deputy Greg Kinslow of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on November 17, 2010.


16)-   Jennifer Lynn Marsh, 32 of Glasgow, was indicted for FORGERY, 2ND DEGREE, 2 COUNTS based on testimony from Det. Charlie Eubank of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events during October 2010.


17)-   Michael C. Howard, 22 of Laconia, Indiana, was indicted for CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT, 2ND DEGREE, 2 COUNTS based on testimony from Officer Joshua Wright of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on June 30, 2010.


18)-  Shelia Ann Fields, 38 of Mayville, Tennessee, was indicted for FLAGRANT NONSUPPORT since she had failed to obey an earlier court order to pay child support and was behind in the amount of $18,733.00 as of December 31, 2010 based on testimony from Mary Fletcher, Barren County Child Support Case Worker.


19)-  Jeremy L. Swarm, 24 of Louisville, was indicted for WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE; OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE OR COMBINATION OF SUBSTANCES WHICH IMPAIRS ONE’S DRIVING ABILITY, 1ST OFFENSE (AGGRAVATOR); and CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from Deputy Steve Runyon of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on September 20, 2010.


20)-   Lonnie L. Douglas, 61 of Glasgow, was indicted for FLEEING OR EVADING POLICE (MOTOR VEHICLE), 1ST DEGREE; WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE (POLICE OFFICER); CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, 1ST DEGREE; SPEEDING 26 MPH OR MORE OVER LIMIT; IMPROPER PASSING, 2 COUNTS; and RECKLESS DRIVING based on testimony from Deputy Bobby McCown of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on October 11, 2010.


21)-  Charles E. Jackson II, 49 of Bowling Green, was indicted for WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE, 4 COUNTS; and LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT/FAILURE TO RENDER AID based on testimony from Trooper Daniel White of the Kentucky State Police regarding events on August 4, 2010.


22)-   Michelle Rae Rich, 35 of Glasgow, was indicted for WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE, 3 COUNTS based on testimony from Deputy Aaron Bennett of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on November 10, 2010.


23)-   John Dennis Carter, Sr., 45 of Glasgow, was indicted for WANTON ENDANGERMENT, 1ST DEGREE, 2 COUNTS; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from Det. Tim Adams of the Kentucky State Police regarding events on September 15, 2010.  Carter has a prior felony conviction.


24)-  Lola Lee Busboom, 30 of Austin, was indicted for CRIMINAL FACILITATION TO MANUFACTURING METHAMPHETAMINE; UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF METHAMPHETAMINE PRECURSOR; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); and CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE based on testimony from Deputy Mike Houchens of the Barren County Sheriff’s Office regarding events on August 27, 2010.

25)- Starling Ann Whitlow, 38 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, 1ST OFFENSE; and PUBLIC INTOXICATION based on testimony from Officer Michael Burton of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on September 24, 2010.


26)-  Freddie Wilson Barlow, Jr., 49, of Summer Shade, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (COCAINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE, 1ST OFFENSE; CARELESS DRIVING; NO/EXPIRED REGISTRATION PLATES; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on September 24, 2010.  Barlow has a prior felony conviction.


27)- Clifton Dewayne Chapman, 23 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE; POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 1ST DEGREE;  and  

28)-  Patricia A. Nesselhauf, 46 of Glasgow, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; and THEFT OF SERVICES UNDER $500 based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on October 23, 2010.  Chapman has prior felony convictions.


 29)-  James Dale Tillberry, 32 of Summer Shade, was indicted for POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on July 9, 2010.


30)-  James E. “Ricky” Calvert, 57 of Fountain Run, was indicted for TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE); and PERSISTENT FELONY OFFENDER, 2ND DEGREE based on testimony from a Detective with the Barren County Drug Task Force regarding events on July 19, 2010.  Calvert has a prior felony conviction.


31)- Dana Jean York, 28 of Smiths Grove, was indicted for PROMOTING CONTRABAND, 1ST DEGREE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE (METHAMPHETAMINE); and POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE (HYDROCODONE) based on testimony from Officer Jacob Elmore of the Glasgow Police Department regarding events on November 4/5, 2010.
 
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
