Jothrey “Jody” Booth, 87 of Brownsville died Saturday at the Medical Center.  The Edmonson County native was a carpenter, a member of the Kentucky Carpenter’s Union and a member of the Big Reedy Church of Christ.  He is survived by his wife, Dehlia Potter Booth; 4 sons, Doug Booth of Smiths Grove, Ronnie Booth of Campbellsville, Barry Booth of Brownsville and Todd Booth of Lindseyville; two brothers Reed Booth of Roundhill and Ralph “Cotton”Booth of Caneyville. 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Services for Jothrey “Jody” Booth will be Tuesday at 11 am at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in New Home Cemetery.  Visitation begins at 1 pm Monday.  Expressions of sympathy can be made to the New Home Cemetery Fund.
