Orville Robert Riley age 89 of Tompkinsville died Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at his home.  He served in the U S Army and was a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He was retired from the US Postal Service. 

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Myatt Riley; two daughters Niko Capps and Teresa Botts both of Tompkinsville; two sons Robert K. Riley of Tompkinsville and Jackie Riley of Oak Grove; step-daughter Sue Carter of Tompkinsville; step son Loyce Earl Welch of Tompkinsville. Ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also surviving. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Martha Ann Daley and Vance Riley; two sons Danny Joe and Jason Earl Riley; two brothers  Boyd Riley and William Riley; one sister Cassie Dyer and one grandchild.

Funeral services for Orville Robert Riley will be held at 2pm Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with burial in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Graveside services will be performed by Glasgow DAV Chapter 20.   Visitation after 11am Friday at the Yokley-Trible Funeral Home. 

Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Old Mt. Herman Cemetery or the Glasgow DAV Chapter 20.
