Metcalfe County grand jury returns indictments

EDMONTON, Ky. – For the first time since March, a Metcalfe County grand jury convened to hand down a series of indictments in the Metcalfe Circuit Court.

The following indictments are an accusation only. Innocence or guilt can only be proven in a court of law.

Nicole Daniealle Jewell, 34, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of second degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($500 or more but under $10,000).

Michael Donnavan Neal, 30, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

Aaron Dale McKinney, 44, of Sulphur Well, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or greater offense).

Jonathan R. Mattingly, 20, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (second offense) and possession of marijuana.

Nicholas Sheldon Patrick, 27, of Summer Shade, was indicted with one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (fourth or subsequent offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and possession of marijuana.

Timothy Bruce Coffey, 37, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration (first offense).

Freddie Wilson Barlow Jr., 58, of Summer Shade, was indicited with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, second offense), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Kendall Leon Vibbert, 58, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of first degree criminal mischief, two counts of third degree terroristic threatening and one count of menacing.

Chanse Aaron Ennis, 23, of Edmonton, was indicted with one count of first degree burglary, second degree criminal attempt burglary, second degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
