Melvin Alonzo Thomas age 80 of Munfordville passed away Saturday morning, July 25 at this home.
He was the son of the late Norman & Velma Wilson Thomas. Melvin was a farmer and construction worker and was a member of the Cave Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
Melvin was preceded in death by his wife Joy and his daughter Melissa Thomas.
Melvin is survived by one son-Keith Thomas & his wife Lori of Meryville, TN
Two grandchildren-Kaleb Thomas & his wife Morgan of Atlanta, GA
and Megan Thomas of Nashville, TN

Funeral services for Melvin Alonzo Thomas will be 2pm Tuesday, July 28 in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Day officiating. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery at Priceville. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7pm and after 9am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home. The family request that memorial contributions be given to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
