Doris Agnes Carver, 83, Cave City, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Caverna Hospital, Horse Cave. She was born April 28, 1937 in Edmonson County to the late Grawman and Ruby Gore Lee and was the widow of Darrell Carver. She was a member of Stockholm Baptist Church and had been a waitress at Twin City Restaurant and the Mammoth Cave Hotel Restaurant.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Carver (Billy) Cave City; two grandchildren, Danielle Carver, Cave City, Cameron Carver, Bowling Green; three great-grandchildren, Ella Carver, Samuel Carver and Nikolai Carver; also special family and caregivers, Joyce and Brandon Brooks.
Graveside services at the Cave City Cemetery will be at 2 PM, Sunday, August 23. There will be no visitation.
Due to the current Covid-19 Crisis the KY Governor has mandated that everyone wear a mask or face covering and maintain safe distancing of 6 feet while at the cemetery. Hugging and shaking hands are discouraged. Members of the immediate family may sit together under the tent.
