Charles Elvis “Chuck” Cecil, Jr., 68, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Edinburgh, Scotland native was a U. S. Army veteran and former owner and operator of Southern Dog Fence. He was a son of the late Charles Elvis Cecil, Sr. and Bonnie Dean Allen Cecil, who survives.
He is survived by his wife: Doris June Marr Cecil, Bowling Green, KY;
1 son: Eric Cecil and wife, Katy, Hodgenville, KY;
His mother: Bonnie Cecil, Bowling Green, KY;
An aunt: Betty Allen Asherman, Bowling Green, KY;
1 brother: Morris Cecil and wife, Bobbi, Louisville, KY;
1 sister: Toni Parker and husband, Gary, Bowling Green, KY;
2 granddaughters: Elena Cecil and Elise Cecil and
Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Guy Allen Cecil.
There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time. Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Goad Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
